Founded by licensed cosmetologist and entrepreneur Kiara Aleese, 10.17 was shaped by firsthand experience in the beauty industry. Having worked behind the chair and experienced salon-suite life personally, Kiara envisioned a space that gives beauty professionals the independence they value while creating the elevated environment and sense of connection she believed the industry was missing.
